Questions
Is it really free?
Yes, while we're in beta. We're testing how useful scores are before launching the app.
Do you share my quote with the shop?
No. We never contact the shop, and shop names never appear on shareable score cards.
What kinds of repairs can you check?
Mechanical and maintenance work on cars and light trucks: brakes, suspension, cooling, timing, electrical and more. Body and glass work aren't covered yet.
Is a low score proof the shop is ripping me off?
No. It means the price is above the typical range. Shops can have good reasons, so use the score to ask questions.
